Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your fabric purchase. Because fabric is cut specifically for each order and colors and textures can appear differently on a screen, we strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before purchasing fabric by the yard.

Fabric Samples

Sample swatches are available for most fabrics sold by the yard. Some samples may be available by request only.

Ordering a swatch is the best way to confirm the actual color, texture, pattern, and suitability of a fabric before placing a yardage order.

Sample swatches are not available for fabric remnants.

Returns

Because fabric sold by the yard is cut specifically for each customer's order, cut fabric and fabric remnants are final sale and cannot be returned unless the merchandise is damaged, flawed, or we shipped the incorrect item.

If you receive damaged, flawed, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@totofabrics.com.

Approved return merchandise must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first for return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they were damaged, flawed, or shipped incorrectly:

• Fabric cut by the yard

• Fabric remnants

• Sale and clearance items

• Items sold "As-Is"

• Gift cards

• Sample swatches

• Original shipping charges

Large Cut-Yardage Orders

Although cut fabric is normally final sale, we may, at our discretion, authorize a return of a cut-yardage order exceeding 25 yards.

These returns must be approved by Toto Fabrics before the fabric is returned.

If approved, eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, Flawed or Incorrect Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged, contains a fabric flaw, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Toto Fabrics, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide instructions for resolving the problem.

When the return is the result of our error or eligible damaged/flawed merchandise, Toto Fabrics will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

A restocking fee will not be charged when a return is due to damaged or flawed merchandise or an error by Toto Fabrics.

Any other return specifically authorized by Toto Fabrics may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, depending on the circumstances of the return.

Please contact us for authorization before shipping a return.

For an authorized return that is not the result of damaged or flawed merchandise or an error by Toto Fabrics, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. For higher-value merchandise, shipping insurance is also recommended.

Late or Missing Refunds

After we process an approved refund, banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
