To avoid fabric returns, we offer sample swatches of every fabric. Some are by request only. The only way to make sure that the fabric you see on the website is right for your application is to order a cutting. Please order a sample swatch.
Because we offer swatches, only damaged or flawed goods are eligible for return. For any order eligible for a return, we must be informed within 30 days. After 30 days, no order may be returned for any reason. To be accepted for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

As is the industry standard, returns are not accepted on cut goods. We may however accept returns of cut yardage orders that are over 25 yards (if applicable). Returns of this type must be authorized first and a store credit of the purchase price of the fabric will be issued. Shipping charges incurred by us, will not, however, be refunded.
Authorized Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 of business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your return is because of an error on our part or because your goods are flawed or damaged, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will need a trackable shipping service and to provide shipping insurance for the items you are returning, so that we can confirm receipt.
